You can return any unused product in its original condition with a receipt for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for a return authorization.  

If you prefer shipping a return package to us via another carrier such as FedEx or UPS, please e-mail us first to get an alternate address. We recommend you ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes because we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
